The tender will be evaluated on functionality: to be deemed responsive bidders needs to score a minimum of 70 points.
The tender will be evaluated on a 80/20 point system, where 80 points is for price and 20 points that consist of Women = 7.5; Disability = 5 and Locality (within the Dr KKDM) 7.5 points.
