Description: The objective of this bid is to appoint a panel of three (3) Legal and Compliance Experts to assist CATHSSETA with legal matters and ancillary related services.
Only legal practices established in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014/Attorneys Act, 53 of 1979 as amended) will be considered for this tender. Firms bidding for this tender should be in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund certificate.
A contract will be signed with each member appointed to the panel. The firms of attorneys will be required to sign confidentiality and indemnity agreements with CATHSSETA on being appointed to the legal panel
